REGISTRATION NOW OPEN — VIEWS: STORIES WE CARRY

VIEWS: Stories We Carry is a free, youth-led photography and storytelling project for youth from the Kingston/Galloway/Orton Park (KGO) neighbourhood.

Participants will explore their community through guided photo walks, conversations, and reflection, capturing the people, places, and stories that make them feel supported, connected, and empowered.

Through three guided photo walks, youth will learn basic photography and visual storytelling skills while documenting meaningful spaces in their neighbourhood. Group discussions will explore what belonging looks and feels like and how different people experience it.

The project concludes with a community sharing circle and small public showcase where selected photos and reflections will be shared with participants and community members.
