EXHIBITION - VIEWS: STORIES WE CARRY
VIEWS: Stories We Carry
May 11–30, 2026
Join us for VIEWS: Stories We Carry, a free youth-led photography exhibition featuring work created by young people from the Kingston/Galloway/Orton Park (KGO) neighbourhood.
Through photography, storytelling, and reflection, participants explored the people, places, and experiences that make them feel connected, supported, and empowered within their community. The exhibition highlights personal perspectives and everyday moments that speak to belonging, resilience, and care.
Over the course of the project, youth participated in guided photo walks, group discussions, and creative exercises focused on visual storytelling and community connection. The photographs and reflections presented in this exhibition offer a youth perspective on the places, details and experiences that felt meaningful during their exploration through the KGO neighbourhood.
VIEWS: Stories We Carry celebrates youth voices, creativity, and lived experiences through community-based artmaking and shared storytelling.
All are welcome to visit and experience the exhibition. Free admission.
