Welcome to the Next Generation Arts Hub—an arts and community space in Scarborough where creativity thrives, connections are made, and fresh ideas come to life.
Whether you're a young person exploring your passions, an artist ready to showcase your work, a facilitator hosting a workshop, or an entrepreneur launching a new idea, our space is designed to support and elevate your vision.
The NGA Hub is open to the public and available to rent for exhibitions, workshops, events and pop-ups, office space, meetings, and more. Join a growing network of creatives, changemakers, and culture-builders who are shaping what's next.
RENT OUR SPACES
The Next Generation Arts Hub has four unique spaces for rent: Front Gallery Space, Back Program Space, Gallery Walls, and the Office. You can rent a single space or multiple spaces to suit your needs. Learn more about each space below.
All rentals include free limited parking onsite; use of foldable tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment (upon request and pending availability); and access to NGA’s common spaces including the kitchen and waiting lounge.

SPACE A – FRONT GALLERY SPACE
The Front Gallery Space is an 800 sq ft venue featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and wood laminate flooring. The space is ideal for events, workshops, and performances.
Price: $85/hour, minimum of 4 hours

SPACE B – BACK PROGRAM SPACE
The Back Program Space is a 500 sq ft area that offers privacy, making it perfect for small workshops, intimate events, and meetings.
Price: $50/hour, minimum of 3 hours

GALLERY WALLS
Designed for artists and collectives, the gallery walls in our space offer an ideal setting for exhibiting artwork across a variety of media. With bright, natural lighting, our gallery space provide a clean, versatile backdrop to bring your creative vision to life.
Price: $750/week, 3 week minimum

THE OFFICE
The Office is a 75 sq ft private workspace designed for artists, writers, designers, creative entrepreneurs, and small organizations seeking a quiet, dedicated area within a vibrant creative hub in Scarborough. Suitable for up to two people, the Office offers an ideal setting for administrative work.
Price: $500/month, 1-year commitment

Two (2) office desk set-ups, one (1) lockable filing cabinets & one (1) wifi B/W laser printer
