The PS Scarborough: Where We’re From photography exhibition is a celebration of the incredible culture, people, and places in Scarborough through the eyes of youth and seniors.

The exhibition is a culmination of youth and senior participants’ work in Next Generation Arts’ PS Scarborough, an intensive digital photography program. Over the course of nine weeks, youth and senior participants learned to explore and observe their world and spaces of belonging. Through weekly guided workshops, the program aimed to combat social isolation through digital storytelling, encourage youth and seniors to learn new skills from and with each other, and celebrate diverse perspectives and cultural connectedness.

We invite you to take a peek behind the lens of participants to glimpse the cultures, neighbourhoods, and identities that make up Scarborough.
